Spiders

So, I saw a spider on my wall yesterday. I could not bring myself to kill it... :) So I decided to put it in a jar and let it go outside. That was much better. Is it wrong to kill little creatures that are not hurting you, but maybe just scaring you? I think killing mice or rats who might spread disease or other pests that endanger our health or survival or cause infestation are okay to kill. But what about the ones that are just plain annoying or scary looking? They are still God's creatures. Maybe I should be more kind in the future, even to the very smallest of God's creations. They can't live in my home, because they freak me out, but I can have a heart and put them outside.
